My favorite

this is going to be my last blog entry and i wanted to talk to you guys about my favorite character.
My favorite characters are Percy Annabeth and Thalia. But their are two that i like the most and they aare Thalia and Annabeth.
I like Annbeth because she is wise and she can also kick butt in a fight ;) she is very resourful and she also can also know when to back out a fight. She doesn't have as many  as Thalia or Percy but she is so smart it doesn't really matter. She is also just all around great.
I like Thalia because she is different. She chose not to have the big prophecy because she wanted to fight by Artemis's side, by being a hunter of Artemis. I do not know exactly why i like her character so much but she just seems really cool.
There are some amazing characters in this book,
Grover- he's funny and very passionate about nature and whats going on in the world
Nico- he has a hard past but really amazing and finds his powers all on his own with no help from camp.
Percy- Main character hard stuff to overcome
Clarrise- not very nice but good in battle
the stole brothers- all around mischievous and crazy

The movie

This is a kind of a spoiler so... yeah read if you want! :)

The movie Percy Jackson and the Olympians The lighting Thief has nothing to do with the book series but it is still a okay movie. The movie is about the same characters but has a totally different plot. In the book they get a quest and get a gift of three pearls to get back from the underworld (but with out his mother.) go get the lighting bolt and bring it back to Zeus and his mom is brought back by Percy's father. In the movie they do not get a quest they the seek out the three pearls to bring the mom back and they find the lighting bolt along the way. As you can see (read) the two plots are totally different. But the movie is still good so i would suggest watching it.
I did some reason because i am an obsessed fan :) and found out that the next movie they do will be coming out next year after they finish  The perks of a wall flower so the actors can all come back and they have a new directer and a new writer so the movie will actually follow the book.

Percabeth vs Lukabeth

Okay so in my last blog i talked about the love traingle between Percy Jackson, Annabeth Chase and Rachel Dare. On this blog im going to tell you about the other love triangle between Luck Annabeth and Percy. Rick Riordan made the book even more interesting by adding in love trangles. In some of the books that people read there's maybe one but in this this book there's two. The second love traingle is, Luke is evil, but before he had turned evil Annabeth liked him, then she met percy and things got complicated.But just like last time you have to read the books to see how it ends! But if you vote for Lukabeth you think Luke and Annabeth if you vote for Percabeth you vote for Percy and Annabeth.
Also if you look these names up on YouTube you can find fan made arguments between the love triangle which can be pretty funny. Such as, "Percy Jackson Chat box # 1,2,3 etc.
But also i believe that people should read this book. It isn't all about the love triangle, they are more hidden but they are there. So read the books!

Percabeth vs Prachel

In Percy Jackson and the Olympians there is a love triangle. A girl named Rachel likes the character Percy but so does the other main character Annabeth. But Percy likes them both ( i'm not going to tell you who ends up with who you have to read the books ). The fans of Percy Jackson has made teams. Prachel is if they think Percy should be with Rachel. Percabeth is if they think he should be with Annabeth. Me, i am on team Percabeth, but that is just my opinion, some fans really love the Prachel interest. In my next blog i will be talking about the other love triangle between Luke, Percy, and Annabeth.

People should read this series!!!

        Hey I'm Jamaica and i am obsessed with Percy Jackson and the Olympians. That is why i am made this blog. One of the things i want to tell you about is that don't that most people don't know about this book series because it's not as popular as "twilight" or "Harry Potter" but it's still a great book series. I would like to get more people into reading and loving this book. Another thing about this book that people don't seem to know is that the movie didn't fallow the book at all so don't let the movie change your opinion on the book.
        Rick Riordan the author of this book has a talent for writing. He is writing three book series at once, the Kane Chronicles, 39 clues, and the Percy Jackson and the Olympian series. All are great books but the Percy Jackson series is by far the best in my opinion. I say this because it takes you through the story with amazing detail and was written so well that you could see every detail in your head as your reading (almost like a movie in your head). Percy Jackson and the Olympians is a great series that i think everyone should read.
